Step into an evening designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.

Floating Frequencies is a unique wellness experience that combines the calming element of water, the healing power of sound, and science-backed education on the mind-body connection.

The evening will begin with a short Energy of Well-Being presentation led by Jamie Krueger of Spark & Soul Coaching, exploring how stress impacts the nervous system, how our thoughts influence the way we feel, and simple ways to begin creating more balance, calm, and awareness in everyday life.

After the presentation, you’ll settle onto floating rafts in the pool for a deeply relaxing sound healing meditation led by Bryan of Vibe Sound Therapy. As you float, calming sound frequencies and vibrations will help guide your body into a more relaxed, restorative state — creating space to unwind mentally, emotionally, and physically.

This experience is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, burned out, stressed, or simply in need of a peaceful reset. No experience with meditation or sound healing is necessary.

What to Bring:

  • Optional eye mask

  • Optional blanket or towel for extra comfort

  • Comfortable clothing or swimwear

Included:

  • Floating raft provided

Please Note:

Floating rafts will be provided for participants in the pool, however limited poolside relaxation spots will also be available for those who prefer not to float.

If you would prefer a poolside spot, please reach out ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

All participants will be required to sign a waiver prior to the event.
