TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: September 8, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you (the “Client”) and Spark & Soul Coaching LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing this website, booking a coaching session, or registering for a workshop, you agree to the following:

1. Services

We provide life coaching, mindset mentoring, and personal development workshops. These services are designed to support personal growth, mindset shifts, and self-improvement. Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional care.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase coaching services or workshops.

3. Payments & Refunds

Vision Board Workshops: Refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the event. In the event of illness or emergency, please reach out — refunds or credits toward a future event may be offered at our discretion.

Coaching Programs: Payments are non-refundable once sessions begin. If unexpected circumstances arise, accommodations or partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All payments must be made in full or according to agreed-upon payment plans prior to services being delivered.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can find a new time. Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching or workshops (including worksheets, journaling prompts, and recordings) are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The services offered by Spark & Soul Coaching LLC are intended to support personal growth, mindset shifts, and self-improvement. They are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not licensed healthcare providers, and coaching services should never replace the care of qualified medical or mental health professionals. Clients are solely responsible for seeking appropriate professional guidance for any medical or psychological concerns.

By participating in coaching or workshops, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. While tools and strategies are provided to support you, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark & Soul Coaching LLC disclaims all liability for any loss, injury, or damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from your participation in coaching services, workshops, or use of this website.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients understand that coaching is a collaborative process that requires active participation. Results depend on the Client’s personal effort, commitment, and follow-through.

Clients are responsible for being open, honest, and engaged during sessions and for completing agreed-upon practices or assignments between sessions.

Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as legal, medical, mental health, or financial matters. Clients accept full responsibility for any decisions or actions they take based on coaching sessions or materials.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Michigan courts.
