Hello! I’m Jamie Krueger…
I grew up in a small town in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula with an identical twin and a complicated family dynamic that shaped my early beliefs about love, worth, and survival. For years, I chased approval, success, and comfort in all the wrong places—until motherhood cracked me open.
After nine years in the fast-paced world of casino marketing, I found myself staring at my desk one day thinking, Is this it? I was burned out, disconnected, and surviving on autopilot.
My parents did the best they could with what they knew, but one was a narcissist and the other an alcoholic. I was left feeling unseen and unloved. For my daughter’s sake, I wanted to break the generational patterns.
My journey hasn’t been linear: There were career pivots, grief, deep self-doubt, and moments of survival-mode motherhood. But through personal development, coaching, journaling, and a total mindset shift, I rediscovered myself.
Then, when the pandemic hit, I lost my dad to cancer and stepped into a leadership role in his business. It was then that I felt more called than ever to help others reclaim their lives too, and I became a certified life coach.
It’s my mission to help you feel like you again. I’m not here to “fix” you—you’re not broken. I’m here to help you ignite the potential that’s been buried for far too long.
