RECONNECT, RESTORE & RISE

Bloom Back to You is a restorative women’s retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature, and refill your cup. Over four days, we’ll blend movement, sound, creativity, reflective workshops, nature immersion, and nourishing meals to support grounding and self-connection.

Hosted at the beautiful White Cap Cottage on the shores of Lake Superior, this retreat offers an intimate setting with space to breathe, reflect and reconnect with what matters most.

  • A balanced mix of:

    • Gentle somatic movement to support grounding and presence

    • Sound healing sessions to calm the nervous system

    • Reflective workshops integrating release, intention and future-vision work

    • A guided creative project to express and explore in a new way

    • Nature immersion along Lake Superior & surrounding forest paths

    • A group outing to Copper Harbor for light adventure + sightseeing

    • Rest & integration time, including a sauna

    • Community & connection in a small, supportive group

    • All meals included, thoughtfully prepared to support comfort & wellbeing

Your lodging at the cottage (see below for more photos), meals, workshops, movement sessions, outing and retreat experiences are fully included. Travel and any personal shopping are the only additional costs. Our schedule is a loose framework and may shift slightly based on weather, energy, and flow.

  • Private rooms for each guest — your own space to unwind, reflect, and recharge. (If you choose to attend with a friend, you may share a room with a queen bed.) This is an intentionally intimate retreat with only 4 rooms available

    Investment: $1,500
($1,200 per person when booking with a friend and sharing a room)

    Includes:
