I’m excited to host a free community workshop at Young's Golf-Recreation-Dining. If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, this is for you.

We’ll talk about the science behind your thoughts, emotions and nervous system — and how they affect your stress, your energy, and your overall health. You’ll learn simple, everyday ways to feel calmer, happier and more in control of your day.

Free to attend… however, I am asking for donations to the @Iron Area Health Foundation during their CoVantage Cares Days (donations will be doubled by CoVantage).
